Our fully automatic vacuum dehydration unit functions by gently injecting heated oil into a vacuum chamber. This extracts the dissolved moisture, air & gases present in the oil at 45°c to 55°c.

It also incorporates double, single stage, oil filled electrically operated vacuum pump, which is compact, mounted on a mobile trolley is also very user friendly. Our vacuum dehydration unit is applicable in fluids for dehydrating like:
