Electrostatic Oil Cleaner
Manufactured by PECD, a Pune based company, we are presenting EOC or electrostatic oil cleaner. It is an electrostatic super oil cleaning equipment that involves static charging of ionised suspended solid contaminants in fluids like oils and collecting them on an enormously spread surface of di-electric media. The entire cleaning process is conducted off-line, meaning that the parent machine need not be shut down. |
 | Electrostatic Oil Cleaner The EOC reduces the operating costs & improve efficiency through sub micronic filtration at regular intervals. It has the following advantages:
- Prolongs oil life and eliminates oil change.
- Avoids back pressure and subsequent back flow of contaminants due to clogged filter element.
- Reduces machine downtime and system warm up periods.
- Cleans oil without stopping the production process.
- Improves life of the hydraulic system components.
- Improves the MTBF of precision machine components like servo valves, moog valves, pumps and sliding mechanisms.

 | Double Vacuum Electrical Absorption SYVEF - Exclusively designed for synthetic and phosphoric ester polymer oil such as EHC HPU oil
- Reduces total acid number noticeably and maintains it at a low level
- Eliminates contaminant particles down to the level of sub-microns using electrical absorption and filter technology
