Removes tramp oil and suspended solids from the machine
Our product- Wiz Junior, removes tramp oil from the sump, coalesce it, skim it & place it in the tramp oil container for easy disposal. The efficient filtration system in the Wiz Junior removes suspended solids of 20 microns or more from the coolant. Al! this takes place without stopping the production process.

Controls bacteria growth with ozone

The on board ozone generator controls fungus, yeast & many other biological contaminates that are found in coolants. Moreover, ozone eliminates buying chemical additives is not harmful to the personnel, coolant or machinery when used properly.
