They are very efficient oil separators having aeration units and with the relevant accessory filters and magnetic separators.
Unwanted free oil is very efficiently removed from media such as coolants in machine tools, washing liquids, etc. At the same time the medium is aerated which counteracts anaerobic bacteria growth.

The production range includes separators with a flow rate of approx. 70 l/h in stationary as well as in mobile execution up to units with flow rates of 5'000 l/h.

All units are suitable for ambient temperature and in reinforced execution for hot applications (max. 80 °C)

A range of different suction floats, all with automatic level adjustment, complement the coolant cleaners.

NMixing units are suitable to mix emulsion for all applications in the machine tool industry. From the basic barrel mounted mixer to fully automated dosing systems with integrated process refractometer.
With mixing capacities from 900 l/h up to 12'000 l/h depending on execution.

With the precise FM-refractometers the concentration of an emulsion is controlled.

Apart from the basic manual refractometers fully automated process refractometers for the continuous monitoring are available too.

The filter units are suitable to separate solids of any kind from liquids whereby different systems are applied depending on the contamination and the specific application.
All units are available with or without intermediate tank in stationary or in mobile execution, as option with magnetic separator.

This kind of filter unit apply magnetic force for the separation and are generally used where magnetic particles (steel, cast iron) have to be separated from fluids. Usually they are used in combination with other filtration technics.

These products effectuate without chemicals and without added external energy an efficient dissipation of deposits of baceria as well as fungi in coolants in machine tools as well as in centralised systems where they float to the surface. Here they can easily be removed either by an aspiration system or by an efficient oil separator such as the Quicksep system.

Futhermore the polarizer help to separate tramp oil in de-emulsifing coolants.

The FM-Polarizers are built in varoious sizes for different application and are available as option to the Quicksep coolant cleaners.

FM conditioning plants for coolants are manufactured in several sizes to customers requirements.

FM-2000 conditioning plant with sloped bottoms, complete with RESY compact paper filter, QUICKSEP oil separator as well automatic dosing system for fresh coolant and with complete electrical control.

The high performance industrial vacuum cleaners of the type FM-VACUSEP are applied where within a short period of time a large amount of coolant or cutting oil has to be evacuated and filtrated. These industrial vacuum cleaners FM-VACUSEP are built with volumes from 250 l up to 700 l and can be equipped with additional magnetic separators.

The FM analysis bag has been assembled to help the user to check his coolant himself. A detailed table with the most important parmeters help to take the necessary action should the coolant run out of control. The FM analysis bag contains the following:
